REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NO. P19-006: CHEMICAL INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CIMS) SOLUTION


The University of Alaska Anchorage is seeking proposals to provide a Chemical Inventory Management System (CIMS) solution that will act as the main chemical inventory and safety data sheet (SDS) management enterprise application for UAA and its community campuses, extensions, and research sites.

A pre-proposal conference and site visit will not be held.

Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received electronically by the UAA Procurement Services Department no later than Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. AKST via the BONFIRE Portal per the instructions on page 40 of RFP P19-006.  No other delivery method shall be accepted.

The RFP documents are available for download in PDF format from this Online Public Notice.  Copies of the RFP may also be obtained by emailing Carson Davis, Contracting Officer at crdavis4@alaska.edu.
