NOTICE OF ADOPTED REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF DENTAL EXAMINERS

On November 9, 2018, the Board of Dental Examiners adopted regulation changes to Title 12, Chapter 28 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern a new dental temporary permit.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on January 22, 2019, and will go into effect February 21, 2019. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 229, April 2019 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
