Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: Thomas Shankster dba Dillinger River Outfitters

PROJECT NAME: LAS 32534

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Approximately 13.5 miles east northeast of the confluence of the Dillinger River and the South Fork Kuskokwim River.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 11, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Seward Meridian

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant is requesting to establish and maintain a seasonal commercial guide use camp, May through October, consisting of up to two 12 foot by 17 foot wall tents and one pit privy, to be used in conjunction with big game hunting, trapping, hiking, photography, and eco-tours.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: February 27, 2019
End: February 26, 2024

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above.
