The University of Alaska Anchorage is accepting sealed bids for the work for select roof replacement, the campus is divided into five interconnected buildings that were built and renovated at differing times. The scope of this project consists of demolishing the existing roof assemblies of the classroom wing and the training wing down to the original decks, installing new access ladder, raising parapets to accommodate new roof assemblies, and installation of new EPDM roof assemblies utilizing the existing roof drains and scupper locations but with new roof drain bodies and scupper assemblies, project located at:
