Public Notice: Preliminary Decision
Donlin Gold, LLC – Application for Permit
LAS 31108

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for a temporary access road to connect Material Site #16, ADL 232340, to MP 25.5 of the Donlin-Jungjuk Road. The temporary access road would be approximately 3,300’ long and 20’ wide. Once the project is completed the temporary access road will be removed and restored to its previous condition. 

The public is invited to review and comment on this application. A copy of the application is attached to this online notice or is available in hardcopy upon request.

All comments must be received in writing on or before 5:00 PM on March 29, 2019.
