                                                              Office of the Lieutenant Governor


Pursuant to Alaska Statute 12.70.280(B), I am appointing the Lieutenant Governor to act on my behalf in performing extradition duties under Alaska's Uniform Criminal Extradition Act, Alaska Statute 12.70. 

The law requires that this delegation of authority be posted as a public notice with the Lieutenant Governor's Office.  Please keep a copy of this delegation for your records.
