NOTICE OF PIPELINE APPLICATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on November 16, 2018, Alpine Transportation Company (ATC) filed two applications seeking approval of a connection agreement and permit between ATC and Brooks Range Petroleum Corporation (Brooks Range). Docket Nos.
P-18-020 and P-18-021 were opened to address these matters.
ATC currently holds Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) No. 538 for the transportation of crude oil. The proposed connection agreement and permit between ATC and Brooks Range will allow Brooks Range to deliver its crude sales production into the Alpine Pipeline for transportation.
No motions for waiver or petitions for confidentiality were filed with the applications. At this time, the Commission has not assessed the completeness of the applications. The Commission may determine if the applications are complete by December 11, 2018.
