NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Lease agreement under ADA-32171 as follows: LESSEE: TLC Properties, LLC PREMISES: Block 15, Lot 1; the proposed agreement would create a newly defined premises consisting of up to 850,000 (approx) sq ft, in largely undeveloped area south of Lake Hood Drive approximately between the Post Office and the Echo Ramp LEASE TERM: up to fifty (50) years. LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.12 per square foot per year. PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Development, operation and maintenance of a multi-structure general aviation aircraft t-hangar complex; driveways, ramps, tie-downs and taxi-lanes for vehicle/aircraft access (taxi-lanes subject to Airport control); vehicle parking areas; storage, maintenance, loading and unloading of aircraft; uses incidental to the aviation uses listed above that do not interfere with the primary aviation use purposes of the premises.
