DNR has issued Amendment #! to this RFP. The amendment clarifies the proposal due date, and has been added to this posting.

The State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for operation and management of the Big Delta State Historical Park located near Delta Junction, Alaska.

Pre-Proposal Conference: There is a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference that will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 20, 2018. Note: If you plan to attend, you must contact the procurement officer to make reservations. If no one confirms attendance there will not be a State representative available and the pre-proposal conference will be canceled.

Important Notice: If you receive this solicitation from the State's Online Public Notice website or IRIS Vendor Self Service portal, you must register with the DNR Procurement Section to receive subsequent amendments. Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to dnr.ssd.procurement@alaska.gov or fax to 907-269-8909. Failure to register with the DNR Procurement Section may result in rejection of your offer.
