NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE TERM EXTENSION: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport), Lake Hood Seaplane Base proposes to extend a Land Lease under ADA-30582, as follows: LESSEE: Davidson, Dan & Garoutte, Kirk. PREMISES: Block 11, Lot 4C, consisting of approximately 13,527 square feet. LAND LEASE TERM: August 1, 1994 – July 31, 2023 LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.12 per square foot per year. PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Tiedown, sheltering and parking of fixed wing aircraft with wing spans no greater than 48 ft; maintenance or repair of Lessee’s own aircraft; service, maintenance or repair of the aircraft of others.
