NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV-3-284

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305 shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by David & Barbara Flynn to eliminate record boundaries dividing lands they own to create new parcels in anticipation of future sale. This replat, located in Section 8, Township 9 South, Range 10 East, Fairbanks Meridian, Alaska, will facilitate the proposed Flynn Subdivision (refer to the attached plats/maps).

The public hearing is scheduled to be held at 11:00am on October 25, 2018 in the Division of Mining, Land and Water, Survey Section conference room in Suite 650 of the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7th Ave., Anchorage, Alaska.

Persons attending or not attending the public hearing may submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to George Horton, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, and received by 5:00pm, October 23, 2018 to ensure consideration.
