Amendment #1
The purpose of Amendment Number One (1) is to:

• Change the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS item 3. SUBMITTING BIDS to allow for electronic submission of bids.

The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Statewide Contracting & Procurement, is soliciting bids to result in multiple as-needed contracts for snow plowing and sanding services, at four (4) locations within the Southcoast Region of the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities.

The Bid Opening is scheduled for 2:00 PM (Alaska Time) September 14, 2018, at DOT/PF Headquarters, 3132 Channel Drive, Room 350 in Juneau, Alaska.

Award will be made by lot to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.  There are four (4) lots. In order to be considered responsive for a lot, all items within the lot submitted must be priced.

LOT #1 Snow Plowing and Sanding for the AMHS Ferry Terminal in Whittier, Alaska

LOT #2 Snow Plowing and Sanding for the AMHS Ferry Terminal in Hoonah, Alaska

LOT #3 Snow Plowing and Sanding and/or Salting for the AMHS Marine Engineering Facility & AMHS Marine Engineering Warehouse Building in Ketchikan, Alaska

LOT #4 Snow Plowing and Sanding for the AMHS Ferry Terminal in Cordova, Alaska

*Note: Bidders need not respond to all lots, but all items within the lot(s) submitted must be priced. Only lots submitted for the State’s consideration are required as a deliverable.

If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
