The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Alaska National Guard Facilities Management Office is seeking competitive quotes from qualified vendors to provide snow removal, ice control, and lawn care service as outline in the attached RFQ. There will be two contracts resulting from this RFQ: Lot 1, Snow Removal and Ice Control services; Lot 2, Lawn Care service.

Period of Performance: The initial period of performance for contracts resulting from this RFQ will be 1-year from date of award with three 1-year renewal options to be exercised at the sole discretion of the state under the same term, conditions, and specifications as the original contracts.

Quotes must be received no later than 2:00 (14:00) p.m. Alaska time on August 16, 2018. Late quotes will not be accepted. Quotes may be emailed to MvaDasProcurement@alaska.gov and bobbi.brauneis@alaska.gov, or mailed to:
