The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land & Water (“State”) is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of Irony Subdivisions, a Waiver of a Plat, containing two Tracts (approximately 160 acres and 80 acres) and Pyrite Subdivision (a subdivision of the 80 acre parcel of Irony Subdivision) containing approximately 8 lots with a minimum area of 200,000 sq. ft. along with the remainder as a tract.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the proposer’s responsibility to read the entire contents of this IRFP and to provide a responsive proposal. Please pay particular attention to the sections on:
Project Schedule (page 10),
Scope of Work (pages 15-20),
Proposal Format (pages 20-22), and,
Proposal Evaluation Criteria (page 22-23).
Proposals must be received in writing at the Issuing Office no later than 3:00 P.M. August 2, 2018. Failure to meet the deadline will result in disqualification of the proposal without review.
The contract is anticipated to be awarded by August 30, 2018. Final monumentation is to be completed by August 2, 2019. All final deliverables and reports are to be submitted to the State no later than December 13, 2019. It is hoped that the contractor will be able to accelerate this schedule.

Total expected costs to complete this project are estimated to be approximately $40,000.
