The purpose of this addendum is to provide information relating to the pre-proposal conference, scheduled for July 18, 2018 10:30AM Alaska standard time.


Amendment #1

The purpose of Amendment #1 is to address a question from the vendor community.

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), is soliciting an Informal Request for Proposal (IRFP) from qualified vendors to supply web-based Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification.

Offers are due no later than 2:00 PM (Alaska Time) July 31, 2018 at DOT/PF Headquarters, 3132 Channel Drive (PO Box 112500), Room 350 in Juneau, Alaska 99811-2500.

Copies of this IRFP may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the IRFP, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.

Copies of the IRFP are also available upon request from the Procurement Officer.
