Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of DCCED/CBPL - Occupational License Fees for Audiologist, Hearing Aid Dealers, Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants

On June 25, 2018, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes to Title 12, Chapter 02, of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern occupational licensing fees for audiologists, hearing aid dealers, speech-language pathologists and speech-language pathologist assistants. The changes made affect application fees, new license fees and renewal fees for audiologists, hearing aid dealers, speech-language pathologists and speech-language pathologist assistants.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on July 2, 2018, and will go into effect August 1, 2018. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulation changes.

The regulation changes will be printed in Register 227, October 2018 in the Alaska Administrative Code.
