NOTICE OF PIPELINE APPLICATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on June 26, 2018, an application was filed by KENAI BELUGA PIPELINE, LLC (KBPL), seeking approval of the Interconnection Facilities Agreement (Agreement) between Amaroq Resources, LLC (Amaroq) and KBPL. Docket No. P-18-011 was opened to address this matter.
The Agreement applies to the maintenance, operation, and eventual removal of the existing interconnection facilities associated with KBPL’s Meter 6103. The Meter 6103 connection is the connection at which Amaroq’s natural gas production at Nicolai Creek is received from the Nicolai Creek Lateral, owned by Amaroq. KBPL states that the facilities subject to the agreement are already in existence, and there will be no construction of new facilities by KBPL as a result of the Agreement.
No motions for waiver or petitions for confidentiality were filed with the application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine the application is complete by July 18, 2018.
