Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct Quarterly Meeting

The Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct will be holding its next quarterly meeting on Friday, July 13, 2018. Public Session will take place at the Nesbett Courthouse (825 W. 4th Avenue, Courtroom 302, Anchorage, Alaska) 9:45 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.

Public Session addresses the Commission's budget, educational activities, advisory opinions, and general administrative issues. Anyone wishing to address the Commission in Public Session must notify the office no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 11, 2018. Public Session cannot address specific complaints against judges.

Public Session will be followed by a Formal Hearing at 10:45 to determine whether the Commission will recommend retirement due to disability of Superior Court Judge Angela Greene.

Closed Session begins at 12:15 a.m. and is not open to the general public. Closed Session addresses confidential complaints filed with the Commission.
