Notice of Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on June 12, 2018, SQF, LLC (SQF), filed an application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide competitive local exchange service in competitive markets in Alaska. Docket No. U-18-052 was opened to address this matter.
In conjunction with its application, SQF has filed a petition for confidential treatment of the following information filed with the application: SQF’s balance sheet and income statement. Interested persons may file a response to the petition for confidential treatment with the Commission by 5:00 pm., July 5, 2018.
The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete after the close of the public comment period.
