On March 2, 2018, the Board of Pharmacy adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 52 of the Alaska Administrative Code.  The regulations include updates to regulations regarding intern license application, out-of-state pharmacies, changes of pharmacists-in-charge, dispensing, changes of managers of wholesale drug distributors, and reporting of disciplinary actions.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on May 30, 2018, and will go into effect on June 29, 2018.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 226, July 2018 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
