The Department is looking at replacing the existing interchange at the Seward Highway and Dowling Road. The Design Team is working on the draft Preliminary Engineering Report and will be available to allow the public to ask questions and provide input on the options being considered.
This is an Open House event held June 27th at the Dimond Center Hotel, 700 E. Dimond Boulevard, Anchorage, AK, located behind the Dimond Center Mall, between 4pm and 6pm
