ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD MEETING

FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes 04.06.050, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is holding a special meeting on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, to consider its agenda covering liquor license applications in Bethel.  Pursuant to AS 04.11.510(b)(2), the board will continue a public hearing opened on April 3, 2018, on license #5447, Bethel Spirits, to ascertain the reaction of the public and the local governing body to an objection to the renewal of this license, and to an objection to the transfer of this license. Pursuant to AS 04.11.510(b)(2), the board will hold a public hearing on license #5418, AC Quickstop, to ascertain the reaction of the public and the local governing body to a protest of the renewal of this license.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at the Yupiit Piciryarait Cultural Center, 420 Chief Eddie Hoffman Highway, Bethel, AK. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. The public call in number for the meeting is 1-800-315-6338; code 69173#. The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting.
