The NASPO ValuePoint RFP for Cloud Solutions (Refresh 2018) was released by the State of Utah on April 2, 2018.  The RFP is scheduled to close on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 3:00 pm MT and is number SK18008. 

The Solicitation is now available on the State of Utah’s eProcurement system Jaggaer (the Utah Public Procurement Place) at:  http://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah.  From the link type “SK18008” into the search bar and click the search icon. The Cloud Solutions posting will appear.  From the search results you may select “View as PDF” or select “Respond Now” to begin submitting a response.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish Master Agreements with qualified Offerors to provide services related to cloud solutions for all Participating Entities. This SK18008 Cloud Solutions RFP is a re-issue of the CH16012 solicitation to solicit new vendors that can provide additional Cloud Solutions to Participating Entities and Purchasing Entities. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value, and achieve more favorable pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.  The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement shall be extended to state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual state procurement director and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.  The term of the Master Agreement shall end on September 15, 2026; however, Contract Vendors must submit an annual certification that they are still compliant with the mandatory minimum requirements and technical specification of the RFP.
