MILLROCK EXPLORATION CORPORATION

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: MILLROCK EXPLORATION CORPORATION

PROJECT NAME: LAS 32288

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Travel will occur along RST 305 Maclaren River Road near MP 43.5 of the Denali Highway.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 3, Township 21 South, Range 6 East and Sections 9,16,20,21,28,29,32, & 33 of Township 20 South, Range 6 East, Fairbanks Meridian

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Cross country travel of heavy equipment to include one F-6000 track mounted drill rig, one F-3000 skid mounted drill rig, one skid mounted drill rod sloop, one John Deere 750 bulldozer, and one Hitachi EX200 excavator.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: June 1, 2018
End: September 30, 2022

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.  To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity.  The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
