For projects advertised after July 1st, DOT&PF will offer
electronic bidding using the Bid Express Service.
Bid Express Web Training sessions will take place as scheduled

Alaska DOT&PF will accept bids in three formats:

Created using the AWP Bids software and submitting electronically via the Bid Express service.

Created using the AWP Bids software and submitting the paper printout by mail or hand delivering.

Traditionally created (handwritten) paper bid and submitting by mail or hand delivering.
