Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project Nos. 0651029/Z610390000, 0644017/Z621940000 & 0651031/NFHWY00099, Elliott Highway MP 0-12 Rehabilitation, Northern Region Deep Culverts Stage II, & HSIP: Fox Intersection Conspicuity Improvements, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, April 3, 2018, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of rehabilitating the Elliott Highway from MP 0-12 (Fox to Haystack) including shoulder widening and bridge deck replacement; removing 2 existing culverts at Cushman Creek, MP 20.1 Elliott Highway and replacing with 3 new culverts; and improving intersection conspicuity by installing a flashing overhead beacon (red for stop-controlled legs and yellow for non-stopping legs) and transverse rumble strips on the stop-controlled legs.

Engineer's Estimate is greater than $5,000,000.

The project completion date is October 31, 2019.
