BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission has amended 20 AAC 25.280(f). The proposed change is in response to a public member’s request for the AOGCC to provide greater transparency for workover operations that pertain to hydraulic fracturing.
The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation changes on January 11, 2018, with an effective date of February 10, 2018.
