The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 1, Block 1, consisting of approximately 2,200 square feet (ADA-72483), at Birch Creek Airport for five (5) years, to expire May 1, 2023.  Applicant:  Birch Creek Tribal Council.  Authorized uses:  aviation - operation and maintenance of one (1) double-wall or secondary contained above-ground fuel tank.  Annual rent:  $625.00.
