Sealed bids, in single copy, for UAA RCR North Hall Paint & Flooring, will be received by the University of Alaska Anchorage, Facilities Planning and Construction until February 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm prevailing time, at 3890 University Lake Drive, Suite 110, Anchorage, AK 99508, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work consists of a phased paint and flooring replacement throughout the common and private areas of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of a partially occupied residential building located at:

3555 Sharon Gagnon Lane
Anchorage, AK 99508
