PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Terminal Lease ADA-32192 for Room NC127 (1,633 sf), Room NB212 (1,000 sf), and Room NA205 (438 sf) located in the North Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.  APPLICANT: Swissport USA  TERM: 5 years.  Current Terminal rent rate is $64.06/s.f./yr.  AUTHORIZED USES: Ramp operations, office and training room for Swissport operations.
