Amended ITB: Invitation to Bid - Fairbanks Pioneer Home Generator Upgrade AJF 18-07C

***Addendum#2, issued February 8, 2018, serves to make corrections, changes, additions, deletions, revisions, and or clarifications to a part of the bid specifications for this project. In case of conflicts between this Addendum and previously issued documents, this Addendum shall take precedence. See attached Addendum.***

***Addendum #1, issued February 2, 2018, serves to extend the Bid Due Date from February 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm to February 15, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Contractor must acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the bid form to avoid being disqualified. See attached Addendum.***

Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids, in single copy, to: Contractor to submit a bid to replace the existing interior generator with a new exterior generator which can support the entire building demand load, and updating the existing distribution system to accommodate the new generator. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans and specifications associated with this document.

A Pre-Bid walk through is scheduled for January 22, 2018 @ 10:00am. at the Fairbanks Pioneer Home located at 2221 Eagan Avenue, Fairbanks, Alaska – Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Please meet in the main lobby.

Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 pm local time February 7, 2018 at 240 Main Street-Suite 502 Juneau Alaska 99801.

Bids, modifications or withdrawals transmitted by mail must be received no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of bid opening.

OR

•the Bidder may forward the project website location/address information to the print shop of their choice for printing – all associated printing costs are payable by the Bidder.

Bidders are responsible for checking this website for addenda. Not acknowledging addenda at the time of bid will deem the Bidder non-responsive.
