NOTICE OF MEETING

ALASKA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION

         BOARD OF DIRECTORS - REGULAR MEETING

THE AHFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet at 10:00 a.m. on November 29, 2017 at the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”), 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska. Please note that the complete agenda will be published as a legal notice on November 22, 2017 in the Alaska Dispatch and at www.ahfc.us.

THE AGENDA will include: A. Consideration for a request to hold public hearings regarding the proposed repeal of 15 AAC 150.040(d) Compliance With Building Energy Efficiency Standard;   B. Consideration for a request to hold public hearings regarding proposed amendments to 15 AAC 151.542(g) MULTI-FAMILY LOAN PURCHASE PROGRAM;  C. Consideration for a request to hold public hearings regarding proposed amendments to add a new subsection 15 AAC 151.600(c)(3) to 15 AAC 151.600(c) NONCONFORMING HOUSING PROGRAM; D. Consideration for a request to hold public hearings regarding proposed amendments to add a new subsection 15 AAC 155.030(a)(6) to 15 AAC 155.030(a) COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD and regarding the proposed repeal of 15 AAC 155.030(f) COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD; E. Any other matters to properly come before the board.

ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).

THE PUBLIC is invited to participate by teleconference calling 330-8452 and requesting the access code. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting.
