REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS                                                                        

Sealed proposals for Chignik Lagoon DERA Clean Diesel Engine Replacement – Design/Build Project, Project Number 18008, will be received until 2:00 p.m., November 30, 2017 at AIDEA at 813 West Northern Lights Blvd., Anchorage, Alaska.

This contract requires the contractor to provide the necessary design and construction services for a
Biomass Boiler system to provide heat for the Native Village of Tazlina (NVT). The Design-Builder may elect to provide up to two Owner described enhancements as part of their proposal which will be scored as part of the proposal evaluation process.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $150,000 and $200,000.  The Project substantial completion date will be May 31, 2018.
