Public Notice: Preliminary Decision

Pursuant to AS 38.05.083

Subject to AS 38.05.083, the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision (PD) to offer a 10-year aquatic farmsite lease to Nicholas Mangini dba Kodiak Island Sustainable Seaweed for approximately 16.95 acres of tidelands in Chiniak Bay, Alaska. The proposed site is approximately 2 nautical miles from the city of Kodiak, Alaska on the west side of Popof Island within Section 7 and Section 8, Township 28 South, Range 19 West, Seward Meridian.
