On August 10, 2017, the Alaska Energy Authority adopted regulation changes in Title 3, Chapter 105 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with qualified contractors to operate power projects owned by the State.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on October 6, 2017, and will go into effect on November 5, 2017. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 224, January 2018 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
