NOTICE OF MEETING
The ARMB Budget Committee will meet on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 8:00 am in the Club Room II, Hotel Captain Cook, 939 West 5th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska to review and discuss the ARMB FY17 final budget, the FY18 budget as proposed by the Legislature, the proposed FY19 budget, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The ARMB Audit Committee will meet on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 8:00 am or immediately following the Budget Committee to review and discuss the FY17 ARMB audited financial statements, DRB audits, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The ARMB Actuarial Committee will meet Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 10:00 am or immediately following the Audit Committee to discuss the FY19 additional State contributions, the FY19 contribution rate reviews, the experience analysis study, different timelines, a communication plan, the committee charter, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The ARMB Defined Contribution Plan Committee will meet Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 3:00 pm or immediately following the Actuarial Committee to review and discuss Retirement Readiness, the DCR plan change proposal, the TRS and Social Security enrollment, staff recommendations from the investment structure evaluation, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The ARMB Board of Trustees will meet on October 5-6, 2017, beginning at 9:00 am at the K’enakatnu Room, Dena’Ina Convention Center, 900 W. 7th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. The meeting will include the following: reports on fund financials, investment manager portfolios, investment actions, actuarial valuations and valuation audits, and other business to properly come before the trustees.
