08236 Proposal to Extend a Lease at the King Salmon Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-08236 of Lot 6A, Block 600, consisting of approximately 3,427 square feet, at King Salmon Airport for an additional 5 years, to expire September 30, 2022.  Applicant:  Fox Bay LLC.  Annual rent:  $625.00.  Authorized uses: Maintenance and use of an existing building and dock to support sport fishing business.
