General description: The Alaska Court System is requesting proposals for Architectural/Engineering consultant team(s) to perform design and construction administration work for new construction; renovations; security upgrades; elevator replacement; and code upgrade projects. Projects will take place in existing court locations throughout the state of Alaska. This will be a two year term contract with options to extend. Projects are being programmed and budgeted for completion within 2018 through 2022.

Respondents to this solicitation must be design professionals with current State of Alaska registration.

Multiple term contracts may be issued at the discretion of the Alaska Court System.

This Request for Proposal is conducted under the provisions of the Alaska Court System Procurement Guidelines, adopted by the Administrative Director of the Alaska Court System effective September 25, 2013.
