The State of Oregon, in cooperation with NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing organization and various other states, has a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Discount Airfare. The State of Alaska may participate in the resulting contract(s).

The RFP is currently scheduled to close on September 28, 2017 at 2:30 pm Pacific Time.

The purpose of this RFP is to establish Master Services Agreement(s) for discounted airfare(s) (“Discount Agreement”) for all published coach airline fares for the State of Oregon, Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program members (ORCPP), and the NASPO ValuePoint Organization, and other Participants to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than are obtainable by an individual state or local government agency because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.  Oregon is the lead state for this RFP.
