NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Regulatory Air Quality Compliance Term Agreement RFP #: 18001
The contract resulting from this RFP is intended to provide valuable research, analysis, deliverables, and
recommendations regarding the environmental regulations governing the procurement, installation, operation and regulatory compliance of new, used and re-manufactured diesel generator sets in Alaska. These regulations may include, but are not limited to Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (RICE) National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and new source performance standards (NSPS) regulations as well as the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation’s (DEC) air permitting regulations. Interpretation and clarification services will be, at times, need to be provided on an on-call basis. At times the request may need to be accelerated.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Cost of these services is expected to be in the range of $250,000-$500,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than 2 pm, September 8, 2017, prevailing time.
