NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND USE PERMIT EXTENSION: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Supplement under ADA-31906 as follows:  PERMITTEE: Edmund Woods  PREMISES: Block 5, Lot 3A, consisting of approximately 92,250 square feet.  PERMIT TERM: Five (5) years.  PERMIT RENTAL RATE: $0.88 per square foot per year.  PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES:  Permittee will assume land use permit and assign to an Airport-approved tenant.  Any future tenant will not be authorized to operate the facility as a fish processing facility.
