Caelus Natural Resources Alaska, LLC

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: Caelus Natural Resources Alaska, LLC

PROJECT NAME: LAS 28730

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Individually approved locations between the Colville and Canning Rivers on the North Slope

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Renewal of land use permit for storage of materials and equipment associated with oil and gas exploration, development, and production activities. Storage activities will take place on gravel or ice pads and be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: November 21, 2017

End: November 20, 2022

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: August 16, 2017 by 5 pm

The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at 3700 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK 99709 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue a permit with stipulations for the activity.  The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
