The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend land use Permit ADA-50726 for an additional one year.  Applicant:  SECON.  Annual Permit fee:  $625.  Authorized uses:  Storing and operating an asphalt plant situated in the Wrangell Quarry.  No authorization to remove additional quarry rock.
