Failure to follow approved permit requirements
Tolsona 1 Well (PTD 216-062, Sundry 316-619)
Pursuant to 20 AAC 25.540, at the request of Tolsona Oil and Gas Exploration, LLC (Tolsana) the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) has scheduled a public hearing for September 12, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the AOGCC at 333 West 7th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501.
The subject of the hearing is AOGCC’s proposed enforcement action against Tolsona for failure to follow approved permit requirements at the Tolsona 1 well (PTD 216-062, Sundry 316-619.)
Written comments regarding Tolsona’s failure to follow approved permit requirements for the Tolsona 1 well may be submitted to the AOGCC at 333 West 7th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501. Comments must be received no later than the conclusion of the September 12, 2017 hearing.
