Notice of Utility Tariff Filings

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Heart Utilities, Inc. (GHU) filed tariff revisions for its water (TA87-118) and wastewater (TA81-290) utilities, proposing to add provisions to its tariff setting out that the costs and actual attorney fees incurred for pursuing collection of delinquent amounts will be included in the amount due and payable by the customer.

The proposed changes will affect all customers of GHU and College Utilities Corporation (CUC), as CUC’s water and wastewater tariffs adopt and incorporate all supplements and amendments to the GHU water and wastewater tariffs.

This notice does not contain every requested revision and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from those proposed.
