PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
CHIGNIK LAKE, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.420 - .440 the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the issuance of an easement agreement for the following described parcel of Municipal Trust land to the Chignik Lake Village Council:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 26 of Township 45 South, Range 61 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, more particularly described in Appendix A, attached.
The Chignik Lake Village Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Chignik Lake, adopted a resolution approving the easement agreement on June 5, 2017.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed easement agreement. Please submit comments to:
