The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to continue to lease Lot 16A, Block 100, consisting of approximately 16,740 square feet (ADA-09191, successive lease to ADA-06701), at the Girdwood Airport for an additional 5 years.  Applicant:  Fox Papa, LLC (formerly Keith M. Essex).  Annual rent:  $920.70. Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Continued maintenance and operation of a hangar, operation an air taxi or aircraft charter service, sale of aircraft, aircraft parts and aircraft accessories, aircraft maintenance and repair, rental of hangar space and tiedown rental, sale of airmen supplies, and fueling of Lessee’s aircraft only.
