The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Permit ADA-08975 (Lot 5A, Block 1400), consisting of approximately 14,000 square feet of land, with a 1,924 square foot State owned building, at the Kodiak Benny Benson State Airport for an additional 5 years.  Applicant:  Budget Rent-A-Car of Kodiak.  Annual rent:  $444.44.  Authorized uses:  Non-aeronautical – The continued operation and maintenance of a Permitter-owned building for the maintenance and repair of Permittee owned rental cars.
