Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR Natural Gas Company (ENSTAR) filed TA292-4, proposing revisions to its Residential Natural Gas Equipment Usage Data Sheet, Gas Equipment Usage and Pressure Data Sheet, and Standard Bill Format - Front, Bank Draft Format - Front, Budget Bill Format - Front, Delinquent Bill Format - Front, Final Bill Format - Front, and Bill Deposit Format - Front.
Proposed revisions to the Residential Natural Gas Equipment Usage Data Sheet and Gas Equipment Usage and Pressure Data Sheet include updated language to standardize the Excess Flow Valve definition, minor modifications to customers’ responsibilities, and updated language to reflect newly implemented federal Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety regulations. Additionally, “Internal approval” signature blocks have been removed from the Gas Equipment Usage and Pressure Data Sheet as the approval process is now being tracked electronically through ENSTAR’s SharePoint system.
Proposed revisions to the bill formats include the addition of a barcode to the remittance section of the bill statement.
