Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Region Land Office has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: Barbara J. Doty DBA D.E. Northfork LLC
PROJECT NAME: LAS 31635
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: The possible location is approximately seven miles northeast of Wasilla center, located southwest on Wolf Lake. The proposed location is approximately 1000ft north of Wolf Lake Airport.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NE ¼ NW ¼ Section 21, Township 018 North, Range 001 East, Seward Meridian
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant is requesting the issuance of a land use permit for the repair and replacement of two 5’ x 17’ float trailer ramps by installing new concrete ramps on both privately owned uplands and state tidelands. The concrete ramps will be bedded with washed, crushed rock. Ramps are used to load and unload float planes on and off float trailers. The applicant is requesting seasonal and commercial use of the structures.

End: September 30, 2022

The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at 550 West 7th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue a permit with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
